This is the Governing Council of the Club comprising of eleven (11) members as follows

1. Chairman
2. Vice Chairman
3. Hon Secretary
4. Hon Vice Secretary
5. Hon Treasurer
6. Hon Vice Treasurer
7. Public Relations Officer (PRO)
8. Four (4) Executive Committee Members

The Executive Committee is the executive and administrative organ of the club. Executive Committee Members hold office for one year but are eligible for re-election at the annual general meeting.

• The Chairman of the Club is the Head and Accounting Officer of the club.
• The Hon Secretary is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Club
• The Hon Treasurer is responsible for all Finance Affairs of the Club
